The mobile API behind 1.3M+ subscribers
Core team member on the Moj Telenor mobile API - authentication, billing, and service activation for more than 1.3 million users.
Moj Telenor is the primary digital interface for Telenor's subscribers in Serbia: over 1.3 million users checking balances, paying bills, and activating services. I was on the core team building its mobile API, and I owned the USSD codes platform.
A carrier's self-service app is a billing system with a friendly screen in front of it. Authentication, balance, and payment all have to be right every time, for everyone, at the moment they check - and the USSD channel has to keep serving the users who never open the app at all.
- › Built core areas of the mobile API in PHP on MySQL: authentication, account management, balance tracking, bill payments, and service activation.
